I have to admit.  I've been slacking in the exercise department lately.  I'm not sure why, but I think it's related to the fact that Bear has been napping in a bed more.  He used to nap in the stroller a lot and that was a motivation for me to get out & run or walk.  Now that he naps in a bed, I want to get things done around the house while he's napping.
But yesterday, I forced myself out & did a 30 minute run.  It felt good.  I also walked over 2 miles.  I'm going to try to get back on track (no pun intended).
