Meal-planning continued:
Breakfast was leftover Garbanzo Bean pancakes with berries (and Bear had his 1st berries!). Lunch was salad, bread with crockpot baba ganoush leftover from last week, and dinner was Jasmine Rice that I won at the Race for the Cure, brussel sprouts from the Farmer's Market, and Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken. I left the skin on the chicken, and it was quite good. The only problem was that the chicken literally disintegrated. Maybe I cooked it too long.
