Guess who has not been faithful in taking her vitamins & supplements in the past week and a half?
Guess who has a sore throat today?
Uh-oh.
It might also be because I have been drinking mostly purified water, rather than just drinking spring water. Yes, purified water, after a few days, gives me a sore throat, and I foound out recently I'm not the only one! Go read the comments to this blog entry.
I'm back on track with my supplements & hope this minor sore throat passes quickly.
