It's time for Mostly Raw Monday!
Today felt easier than last week, which was nice, but I'm still feeling pretty tired at the end of the day. I suppose that could be caused by not sleeping through the night for the past 3 years :)
Here's my food intake.
Pre-breakfast: 2 tablespoons Master Tonic
Breakfast: 24 oz of Veggie Smoothie: 4 oz Veggie Juice (not raw), 4 oz water, Misc. Veggies - today was collard/kale stalks, carrot tops, carrots, celery, and red pepper
Raw oats with chopped deglet dates & sprouted almonds and raw pumpkin seed milk
Snack: Red grapes
Lunch: Big salad with green & red leaf lettuce, cauliflower, red pepper, grape tomatoes, half an avocado with this pumpkin seed dressing
A couple of collard doritos
Snack: Apple, handful of almonds
