Green smoothie: water, Navitas Raw Chocolate Powder, Sun Warrior Raw Chocolate Protein, a banana, handful frozen cherries, some stevia, and red chard, collards, frozen kale and spinach
A sprouted buckwheat biscuit similar to some Kristen Suzanne makes (recipe to come later)
A banana
A bunch of homemade hot pink horsey kraut and some colorful carrot & caraway kraut
Some raw granola with raw pumpkin seed milk & dired coconut sprinkled on top
A grapefruit & an orange
