Marathon Training: 18th & Final Week



Week 18.

Physical marathon training ends. 

Let the mental and emotional and spiritual training continue.

I run for the kids.



I met my goal of raising $100/mile and have set a new goal: $125 per mile.  

I need $558 more to hit that goal.

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 3.46 miles
Thursday: 4.2 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 2.5 mile walk

I traveled 10.16 miles this week.

Hartford*, here I come. 2 short days away.

*I was originally going to run the Baltimore Marathon, but because we haven't moved yet, I signed up for Hartford.
