Marathon Training: Week 17


Week 17.

Beginning the taper.

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 4.25 miles
Wednesday: 4.35 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 3 miles
Sunday: 11.75 miles - final long run before marathon

I ran 23.35 miles this week.

Hartford*, here I come.



*I was originally going to run the Baltimore Marathon, but because we haven't moved yet, I signed up for Hartford.
