Dessert


Last night, I made a peach & plum clafouti and some more strawberry vegan ice cream (it's pictured in the ice cream maker). Yum, yum! Next, I think I'll try to make one entirely from ingredients Bear can eat.

Tonight, I had a banana split made with leftover strawberry ice cream and topped with vegan chocolate sauce and coconut-oil toasted pumpkin seeds. I should have taken a picture of that!

Wow that looks good!

At what point will you start trying Bear on things to see if he can tolerate them on his own? Or will you just keep him on the same diet indefinitely?

We are still slowly introducing foods to Bear. In the case of the clafouti, I'm not yet comfortable giving him honey, simply because of the infant botulism possibility (even though he's old enough, I'm paranoid). But today he had pancakes!
