I didn't post yesterday's food!  It was a busy day.
We had Garbanzo Flour Pancakes for breakfast.  I had random food for lunch, as we were out, and dinner was Taco Soup. 
Today, I had a green smoothie for breakfast, along with some mung bean spouts and soaked cashews & pumpkin seeds.  Lunch so far was leftover chicory salad, with sprouts, raw beets and a little rotisserie chicken.  I'm also going to eat the last little bit of Taco Soup. Dinner will be beans & rice, topped with this relish I make.  Maybe I'll post the recipe later.
