Turtle Mountain has a new coconut milk beverage. It's been out for a couple of months, but I've only recently found it on the east coast. The unsweetened variety is an amazing addition to my morning coffee; I tried the canned stuff before (yes, I was that desperate), but it curdled. I've also used it in several recipes. AND soon they are coming out with a coconut milk kefir!!! I cannot wait!

Go to Hong Kong or even some places in Chinatown and they sell this stuff by the can and in juice boxes. The only thing revolutionary about this is that they're selling it outside of the Asian community.
I've had the canned beverage, but a lot of them have sulfites in them. Our family is sulfite-free :)
