Fried Bananas: Gluten & Dairy free

If you have some overripe bananas, why not fry them?

Fried Bananas
Several overripe bananas
Equal parts almond & coconut flour
Coconut oil

Heat some coconut oil in a skiller or wok.

Mix the flours in a bowl. Chop the bananas into big pieces, and roll them in the flour mix.



Fry then in the pan just lightly until browned. Eat!

Great with maple syrup, homemade jam, or "as is".
