Marathon Training, Week 4

This week was a bit strange because I was in Minnesota for the Exodus conference.

Monday: Rest (Rest)
Tuesday: 5.37 miles (Morning yoga/stretching and evening track workout)
Wednesday: 3.25 miles outside in the MN heat & 1.12 mile on treadmill (Longer Run)
Thursday: 6.31 miles (Rest)
Friday: 20 minutes on the elliptical (Cross-training)
Saturday: Rest (Shorter run)
Sunday: Rest (Long run)

Total miles: 16.05
